Oscar was great to work with from beginning to end. I would refer him in a heartbeat. When we initially met, we told him we wanted honesty and to be direct, since we were a little green to the ins and outs of the process. We also knew that in the area we were looking at, we would need to update older aesthetics or have some fixer upper type projects. Oscar pointed out all blemishes and gave us a good idea on what the fix would entail, as well as what living with something might entail. This was very helpful. In the end, Oscar found us a property that needed little to no "fixing up" or aesthetic changes. He gave us the knowledge needed to negotiate the deal at a great price and even gave us some good contacts to handle the jobs we wanted to tackle after we moved it. He was great, I would refer him to anyone with confidence.
AMAZING Realtor!!!!! My husband and I were buying our first home and Oscar was very helpful. He explained every process to us and answered ALL of our questions (some were very silly) and he was happy to do it. Always answered all of our emails, texts, and phone calls no matter what time of day or night. He was never pushy or rushed us into anything. He always told my husband and I, that we're the one's that will be living at this home so it is ultimately OUR decision and that we WILL find OUR perfect home. That is exactly what he did, found our home sweet home. The day after my closing I already referred a few friends to him because I wish everyone of my friends can have the same home buying experience as we did.
